Margarita Station V2.0 Update

JC reports that progress on Margarita Station 2.0 is back on track. The flooring in the main restaurant/bar area should be completed before 1 Aug.

The new roof is being finished over the back of the building (old hotel rooms). The contractors have installed two monstrous kitchen exhaust hoods and testing on those hoods should begin this coming week. Stock rooms are finished except for a final coat of paint.

The electrician is finishing a complete rewire of the building. Installation of Internet, wifi, and CCTV cameras should be finished around 2-3 Aug.

The carpenters we used for the bar and window counters in Tequila Reef is currently fabricating our very large new bar and some bar tables.

A brand new walk-in refrigerator and freezer should be installed NLT the first week of August.

We plan to close MS 1.0 in mid to late August so we can transfer kitchen equipment, stockrooms, pool tables, etc. We do anticipate opening the new location in early Sept.
